Full payment is required at the time of pre-order.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship your entire order once the pre-order items are available, or you can request separate shipments for an additional charge.

7. Can I cancel my pre-order?
Pre-orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us at info@ceylona.co.uk if you need to cancel your pre-order.
