Refund and Returns Policy

At Ceylona, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refund:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  • The item must be unusedundamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Perishable items such as food, gifts or custom-made products are non-refundable.
  • Additional non-returnable items include:
    • Gift cards
    • Health and personal care items
    • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases

How to Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@ceylona.co.uk to initiate a return.
  2. You will be provided with detailed instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  5. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refund Process:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be made for the product price onlyShipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; sale items cannot be refunded.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@ceylona.co.uk. We will arrange for a return and issue a full refund or replacement at no extra charge.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:
    1. Check your bank account again.
    2. Contact your credit card company (refunds may take some time to be posted).
    3. Contact your bank, as there may be some processing time.
    4. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@ceylona.co.uk.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@ceylona.co.uk.

Shipping Costs:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
