Eligibility for Refund:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Perishable items such as food, gifts or custom-made products are non-refundable.
- Additional non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Health and personal care items
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases
How to Return:

- You will be provided with detailed instructions on how to return the item.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refund Process:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be made for the product price only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; sale items cannot be refunded.
Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@ceylona.co.uk. We will arrange for a return and issue a full refund or replacement at no extra charge.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (refunds may take some time to be posted).
- Contact your bank, as there may be some processing time.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@ceylona.co.uk.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@ceylona.co.uk.
Shipping Costs:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
